As Head Housekeeper, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver immaculate rooms and public areas, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless stay.
You will take ownership of the department, overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, rotas, and stock control while driving consistency, efficiency, and a culture of excellence.Package

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to the highest standards.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces are maintained to luxury 5-star quality.
- Manage department budgets, stock ordering, and cost control effectively.
- Implement and monitor housekeeping procedures, ensuring compliance with health & safety and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Drive performance, efficiency, and service improvements through effective leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a large team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and financial management skills.
- A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
