Cluster Revenue Manager - Successful British Hotel Group
Location: Windsor (Hybrid - 1 day WFH, 2 days negotiable)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 20% Bonus
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential to extend)We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and expanding British hotel group for a Cluster Revenue Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hotel revenue professional to take ownership of revenue strategy across three quality properties while also leading the Central Reservations Office (CRO).
This role is ideal for candidates who bring proven experience from a quality hotel revenue management background and are looking to step up into a cluster role with broader operational influence.
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue, the Cluster Revenue Manager will play a pivotal part in maximising revenue and profitability, embedding new systems and processes, and ensuring consistency across the portfolio following a recent restructure.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
Implement and manage pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution tactics across three hotels.
Maintain rate structures and ensure accuracy and parity across all systems and channels.
Review competitor activity, market trends, and booking pace to make daily tactical adjustments.
Produce short-term forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
Monitor channel mix and recommend changes to improve profitability.
Reservations & Team Leadership
Line manage the Central Reservations Manager and provide leadership to the CRO team.
Ensure the team delivers accurate bookings, consistent service standards, and operational excellence across all properties.
Support and coach the CRO team, setting clear objectives and driving professional development.
Act as a key link between reservations operations and wider commercial strategy.
Systems, Processes & Implementation
Lead the setup, alignment, and optimisation of revenue and reservations systems.
Ensure effective and consistent use of Infor PMS, Synxis, Ideas/Duetto, channel managers, and Excel.
Drive system change management, training, and process embedding.
Enhance workflows, reporting, and data accuracy for operational and revenue improvements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and TRevPAR.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Director of Revenue and senior leaders.
Evaluate promotions, packages, and campaigns, providing ROI-driven recommendations.
Highlight risks and opportunities using data-driven insights.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align tactical decisions with wider business goals.
Support the Director of Revenue with analysis and strategic reporting.
Liaise with Finance and IT to maintain system and reporting integrity.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
At least 3 years' proven experience in hotel revenue management within a quality, branded or upscale property/group.
Demonstrable track record of success in pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategy.
Proven experience managing a reservations function/team.
Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems, preferably Infor PMS.
Familiarity with Synxis, Ideas/Duetto, channel managers, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Clear communicator with experience coaching, training, and developing others.
Desirable:
Previous experience managing revenue across multiple hotels.
Background in luxury or upscale hotels.
Formal revenue management training or certifications.
Track record of leading system or process implementation projects.
The Offer
Basic salary up to £60,000.
Performance-related bonus up to 20%.
Hybrid working (office base in Windsor, with 1 set day WFH and 2 negotiable).
1-year fixed term contract with scope for extension.
