???? The Opportunity
You'll lead revenue growth in two exciting areas:
1️⃣ Corporate Sales (Primary Focus)
* Build and grow B2B partnerships
* Develop sponsorships and long-term corporate sales revenue streams
* Promote employer membership packages as part of staff benefits / Corporate Social Responsibility gifts
* Elevate brand presence through strategic partnerships
* Be the face of the Wildlife and Conservation charity corporate engagement story
2️⃣ Membership Sales
* Shape and deliver the membership strategy
* Work with on-site teams to convert day visitors to members
* Support and coach teams selling on the gate and around the venue
* Turn one-off experiences into lifelong supporters

What We're Looking For
✅ Ideally from a charity / not-for-profit background
✅ Someone passionate about conservation and education
✅ Experienced in B2B sales / partnerships / CSR / fundraising
✅ Able to "hit the ground running" - not a first step role
✅ Brings existing networks / contacts where possible
✅ Agile selling style - understands when to be consultative or commercial
✅ Confident working remotely, hybrid or on the road
