Our award-winning luxury eco resort, renowned for its commitment to sustainable tourism and world-class hospitality, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Caribbean.About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all hotel and MICE booking agents, handling inquiries, proposals, and contracting. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with key travel partners and developing new business opportunities within the luxury travel and events market.
You'll also work closely with direct bookers, ensuring every guest experience begins with exceptional service from the very first interaction.Sales Manager Package
- A basic salary of C$46000 per annum gross

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inquiries from hotel and MICE booking agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, event planners, and direct clients.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to grow business from key international markets.
- Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and familiarization trips as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to align brand messaging and drive revenue growth.
- Provide accurate reporting and market insights to the senior management team.
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience as sales manager for luxury hotels or resorts, ideally with an international portfolio.
- Proven success managing agent and MICE relationships in high-end hospitality environments.
- Prior experience working in remote or island locations is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a small, close-knit team.
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous).
- Due to visa nuances candidates holding nationality from the Netherlands or the USA are able to start and work immediately.
