Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience - up to £55,000 + discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time, on-site minimum 4 days per week

We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel brand for an experienced Hotel Reservations Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career towards Revenue Management.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded hospitality professional to transition into a Revenue Manager position, supported by an experienced senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will have current experience as a Reservations Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, a solid understanding of rate strategy, distribution, and yield management, and a strong desire to develop their career within hotel revenue.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must currently be an experienced Hotel Reservations Manager with a background in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
We are only considering candidates from a Reservations and Revenue hospitality background.Key Requirements:
Current experience as a Reservations Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
Strong understanding of hotel systems, revenue principles, and distribution channels
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Ability to commute to Windsor 4 days per week
