As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead the sales and events team, driving revenue while ensuring every guest experience reflects the property's reputation for excellence.
About the Role
* Lead a dedicated and experienced team in managing event enquiries, show rounds, and high-end bespoke events.
* Deliver a personalised, luxury client experience - from first contact to flawless delivery on the day.
* Manage the coordination of weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations in a busy, boutique environment.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the face of the venue and ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards.
* Meet with organisers, conduct site visits, and oversee on-the-day event management - ensuring a smooth, elegant guest experience.
* Work closely with senior management to maximise revenue and drive continued success.
About You
* Experienced Sales Office or Events Manager with a strong background in luxury or boutique hotels.
* Confident, personable, and commercially minded with exceptional attention to detail.
* Skilled at building relationships and leading by example within a close-knit, hands-on team.
