The Role
As General Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel, driving service excellence, profitability, and team engagement. You will:
Lead and inspire a large, multi-departmental team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee spa, leisure, F&B, and conference operations ensuring the highest standards throughout.
Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through effective cost control, innovation, and strategic leadership.
Work closely with ownership to develop and implement business plans that maintain the hotel's reputation as one of the region's leading destinations.
The Candidate

Proven success as a General Manager or strong Deputy General Manager within a luxury, full-service property.
