Multi-Outlet F&B | Large Conference & Events | Premium Leisure FacilitiesA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resort General Manager to lead a high-end luxury resort featuring multiple F&B outlets, extensive conference and banqueting facilities, and exceptional leisure amenities.
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven leader with a proven background in luxury hotels or resorts, capable of delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving strong operational and financial performance.
The Role:
Full operational leadership across rooms, multi-outlet F&B, C&E, spa, leisure, and retail.
Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain 5-star standards throughout the resort.
Lead and develop large operational teams and department heads.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, quality service delivery, and cost control.
Oversee high-volume conference, banqueting, and event operations to ensure flawless execution.
You Will Bring:
Experience as General Manager or Resort Manager in a luxury environment.
Strong background in multi-outlet F&B and extensive leisure / spa
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A hands-on, visible management style with a passion for guest experience.
Ability to inspire teams and drive consistent standards across all departments.
