ROLE: Restaurant Manager - 4 Star Hotel
LOCATION: Stratford Upon Avon
SALARY:£40K per year plus Tronc worth 10% of salary and all the benefits from a large hotel group.

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager ready to take the restaurant operation to the next level in terms of concept and service. This is a great time to join the management team in the development of the business.

We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager who can proactively manage our Restaurant and team with a core field to fork philosophy. The restaurant offers a traditional approach to contemporary British cooking in comfortable and convivial surroundings.

You will be responsible for the food service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service in a restaurant that offers very good food in a relaxed environment. You will have total autonomy of the operation responsible for the recruitment, engagement, training and development of your own team.

We are ideally looking for someone who:
* has worked in a similar role in a fast -paced/high -volume environment previously and have a real eye for detail, looking for the next step in their career.
* Has a flexible approach with aspirations of unparalleled customer service along with passion for Food and Beverage and leading a team to deliver memorable experiences that guests will remember.
* Due to the nature of this busy environment, commitment and flexibility to your working hours is essential, this role will frequently include weekends and late finishes.
* This really is a role that requires someone with a strong passion for excellent customer service and an upbeat, positive attitude.
