Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across its retreat and exclusive-use portfolio. This Business Development Manager role owns the end-to-end sales cycle, converting qualified enquiries into confirmed business while delivering a premium, consultative client experience. Working cross-functionally with marketing, hospitality, and operations, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in scaling a distinctive destination brand.
This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded Business Development Manager who excels at relationship-led sales, closing high-value opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. * Manage all qualified leads from enquiry through to close, including proposals, site visits, negotiation, and rebooking.
* Drive & upsell opportunities and maintain an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline in the CRM.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
* Build trusted relationships with retreat leaders, corporate clients, and event organisers.
* Contribute to commercial strategy through market insight, client feedback, and performance against sales targets.Requirements
* Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within hospitality, events, or wellbeing.
* Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and closing deals.
* CRM proficiency.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
