JWR is recruiting an experienced Sales & Marketing Director for a leading lifestyle resort in Cornwall. This senior leadership role sits on the executive team and is responsible for driving brand growth, revenue performance, and market positioning across a multi-revenue hospitality business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded leader to shape the brand strategy, oversee sales and distribution, and lead marketing activity across digital, PR, partnerships, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing, brand and sales strategy to drive occupancy, revenue growth and market presence
• Own sales, reservations and revenue management performance across the business
• Develop annual marketing plans and long-term commercial strategies
• Build brand awareness through PR, partnerships, digital marketing and campaigns
• Drive direct bookings and effective distribution strategies
• Lead market research, customer insights and CRM strategy
• Manage and develop the marketing, revenue and sales teams

Candidate Requirements

• Senior marketing leadership experience (Head of Marketing / Director / CMO level)
• Proven track record of brand building and revenue growth
• Strong digital marketing expertise including SEO, PPC, email marketing and paid social
• Experience developing and delivering commercial strategies and business plans
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

Experience within hospitality, hotels, wellness or lifestyle brands would be highly advantageous.
