What We're Looking For
- A strong experienced Head Chef
- Proven experience in high-volume service and events/banqueting
- A passion for quality produce, particularly within a steakhouse-style concept
- Ability to manage, train and inspire a kitchen team
- Strong organisational and financial awareness (GP, cost control, rotas)
