This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team delivering unforgettable wedding experiences, where attention to detail and high standards are essential in creating a flawless environment for every couple and their guests.
The Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you'll take full responsibility for ensuring all guest bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
Working closely with the wider operations and events team, you'll play a key role in preparing the venue for weddings, turning rooms around efficiently, and maintaining the high level of presentation expected within a premium, boutique setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a small, dedicated housekeeping team
* Ensure all bedrooms, ceremony spaces and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
* Coordinate closely with the events team to ensure the venue is perfectly prepared for each wedding
* Manage stock, linen and cleaning supplies efficiently
* Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures
* Carry out regular quality checks and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Create a positive, supportive team culture focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
About You
* Proven experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role within a hotel or venue environment
* A strong eye for detail and a passion for high standards
* A hands-on leader who leads by example
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, event-led environment
* Confident communicator who works well with multiple departments
* Flexible approach, particularly during busy wedding periods
If you take pride in delivering exceptional standards and enjoy being part of a team that brings special occasions to life, we'd love to hear from you.
