Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Night Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a luxury hotel in Ascot. This is a key role responsible for maintaining high culinary standards during overnight operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences at all hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes for room service and late-night dining
• Oversee the kitchen during night shifts, working independently and efficiently
• Ensure all food is prepared in line with the hotel's standards and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
• Support the wider kitchen team with prep for breakfast service
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef (Chef de Partie or similar level preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen during overnight hours
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• MUST be able to drive
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Formal culinary qualification is desirable but not essential

Working Hours

• Night shifts, typically between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexibility required)
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends
