Rooms Division Manager- 4-Star Hotel
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £40,000 per year + bonus + benefits
Are you an experienced Rooms Division or Front of House Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading a team with energy and confidence?
We're partnering with a modern, 4-star hotel in the West Midlands, with just under 100 bedrooms, a full leisure club, restaurant, bar, and extensive meeting facilities . This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the day-to-day guest experience across Reception, Housekeeping and Night Operations.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and motivating Reception, Housekeeping, and Night teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Supporting team development through mentoring, coaching, and on-the-floor guidance
* Ensuring smooth operational flow during peak times while keeping a calm, organised approach
* Taking responsibility for health & safety compliance across front of house areas
* Contributing to the overall success and reputation of the hotel

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Front of House Manager in a similar 4-star hotel (ideally ~100 bedrooms)
* Strong knowledge of Reception, Night Operations and Housekeeping
* A hands-on, organised leader who thrives in a busy environment
* Confident mentoring and developing team members to improve performance
* Composed and proactive in solving day-to-day operational challenges
