Our client, a growing and well-established hotel group, is seeking an experienced Hotel HR Officer to support multiple hotel sites across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Hotel HR Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is confident building strong relationships with managers and employees across multiple locations.Package

* Employer workplace pension contributionThe successful Hotel HR Officer will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and helping to drive employee engagement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to hotel management teams and employees
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
* Support disciplinary, grievance, and absence management procedures
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
* Assist with training and development initiatives
* Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
* Support employee engagement and retention strategies across sites
* Travel to various hotel locations across the UK when requiredCandidate Requirements:
* Previous HR experience within hospitality, hotels, or a fast-paced service environment
* Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* CIPD qualification required
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
