This is an exciting opportunity for a proven hotel leader to support a portfolio of hotels, providing operational leadership during periods of management absence, business transition and peak trading.
You will quickly integrate into different teams, drive operational standards, support commercial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences across accommodation and food & beverage operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proven experience leading hotel and F&B operations
- Passion for guest experience and team development
- Strong knowledge of compliance and operational best practice
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively
