James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Restaurant Manager on behalf of a highly acclaimed 2 Rosette dining establishment. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front-of-house operation, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and professional service. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team, you will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a talented front-of-house team.
* Deliver exceptional guest service at every stage of the dining experience.
* Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest service standards are maintained.
* Drive team training, coaching and performance.
* Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
* Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
* Support revenue growth through excellent service and attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Restaurant Manager will have:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a quality-led restaurant, hotel or fine dining environment.
* A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* High standards with a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to inspire and develop a service-focused team.
* Experience within a Rosette, Michelin or similarly recognised operation would be advantageous.
