We're looking for a talented Restaurant Experience Host to join the front of house team at an award-winning restaurant within a beautiful countryside hotel setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, enjoys building genuine connections with guests and wants to be recognised and rewarded for their skills.

With a salary of £30,000 plus excellent gratuities, this role offers the opportunity to work within a high-quality dining environment where service, personality and attention to detail are truly valued.

The Role
As a Restaurant Experience Host, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey, creating memorable dining experiences from arrival through to farewell.
You'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
* Delivering knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service.
* Guiding guests through menus, beverages and dining experiences.
* Building strong relationships with regular guests.
* Supporting the smooth running of service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider hospitality teams.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
* Being a positive ambassador for the restaurant and the wider hotel.

About You
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality and understands that great service is about creating moments guests remember.

You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience within a quality restaurant, hotel or fine dining environment.
* A genuine passion for food, wine and exceptional guest experiences.
* Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm personality.
* Confidence engaging with guests and creating a personal service experience.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
* A professional, positive and team-focused approach.
