Are you a proactive hotel sales professional who thrives on winning new business rather than simply managing existing accounts?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international luxury hotel group for an experienced Sales Manager to drive corporate, government and pharmaceutical business across three flagship London hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors, building lasting client relationships and making a genuine commercial impact.
The Opportunity
This is a predominantly new business role, giving you the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop strategic accounts and represent a portfolio of well-established, high-performing London hotels.
You'll work closely with senior commercial leaders to grow market share, secure high-value corporate agreements and deliver ambitious revenue targets across the Groups & Catering segment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new corporate accounts across the UK South region.
- Developing business within the Corporate, Government and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers and event buyers.
- Negotiating commercial agreements that maximise both revenue and profitability.
- Creating strategic account development plans for key clients.
- Conducting client meetings, hotel show rounds, FAM trips and presentations.
- Representing the business at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.
- Working collaboratively with the wider commercial team to deliver revenue growth.
- Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities to increase market share.
About You
You'll already have experience within hotel sales and understand the London corporate market.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous hotel sales experience, ideally within a four or five-star environment.
- A proven track record of generating new business.
- Strong knowledge of the Corporate, Government or Pharmaceutical markets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- A passion for networking and developing long-term client relationships.
