Are you an experienced Hotel Sales Manager with a proven track record in the MICE sector? Do you have strong relationships within meetings and events market and enjoy developing new business at a strategic level?
We're partnering with a leading international luxury hotel group to recruit an exceptional North American MICE Sales Manager to drive business across a portfolio of prestigious London hotels.
This is a high-profile, business-critical role focused on developing and managing key agency and corporate relationships across the US and Canada, working closely with hotel leadership teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Currently be working as a Hotel Sales Manager (or above) within the hotel industry.
- Have experience selling MICE business for hotels.
- Be happy and able to travel to the United States approximately 4-6 times per year
- Have experience managing accounts and developing new business within the North American market is strongly preferable
Kindly note that this is not a suitable opportunity for Sales Executives or candidates looking to step up into management. Applicants must already be operating successfully at Sales Manager level within hotels.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of North American MICE accounts, identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing agency and corporate relationships to maximise revenue across multiple luxury London properties.
Working alongside senior commercial leadership, you'll influence sales strategy, contribute to business planning, and play a key role in achieving ambitious room, events and F&B revenue targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an internationally recognised hospitality brand while building long-term partnerships with some of North America's most influential meeting planners and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new MICE business from the US and Canadian markets.
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of key agency and corporate accounts.
- Deliver and exceed revenue targets across accommodation, meeting space, events and F&B.
- Identify new opportunities through market analysis and proactive business development.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, roadshows, networking events, familiarisation trips and educational sessions.
- Travel to North America to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
- Work closely with Revenue, Groups & Events and Operations teams to maximise conversion and profitability.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Produce regular sales reports, market insights and business performance updates.
- Host high-value client site inspections and represent the business at industry events.
About You
You'll be a commercially driven hotel sales professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business.
You'll also have:
- Current experience as a Hotel Sales Manager within a hotel or hotel group.
- Strong knowledge of the MICE sector and hotel group sales.
- Experience working with North American agencies, meeting planners or corporate clients is preferable
- A proven history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Full willingness and ability to undertake regular travel to the United States (approximately 4-6 trips annually).
