We're recruiting a passionate and commercially focused Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the front of house operation at an award-winning restaurant within a beautiful countryside hotel on the edge of the Peak District.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful restaurant renowned for its exceptional food, warm hospitality and outstanding guest experiences. You'll work alongside an experienced Head Chef, lead a passionate and stable front of house team and play a key role in continuing to develop the restaurant's reputation.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll manage the daily operation of this 2 Rosette restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards across every service while creating an inspiring environment where your team can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring the front of house team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
* Taking ownership of the guest journey and creating memorable dining experiences.
* Coaching, mentoring and developing a talented service team.
* Driving consistently high service standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Working closely with the Head Chef and wider leadership team to deliver seamless food and beverage service.
* Managing rotas, staffing levels and daily operations.
* Maintaining outstanding standards of presentation, service and compliance.
* Supporting commercial performance through guest satisfaction, repeat business and revenue growth.
About You
We're looking for a confident and passionate Restaurant Manager who enjoys being visible on the floor and creating exceptional experiences for guests.
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to progress, within a rosette, luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
* A hands-on management style with excellent attention to detail.
