We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead a well-established full-service hotel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, driving sales, maintaining exceptional standards and developing high-performing teams.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the hotel's operational and financial performance.
- Drive revenue, profitability and local business development.
- Lead and inspire all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently high operational standards.
- Manage budgets, costs and overall commercial performance.
About You
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager within a full-service hotel.
- Strong commercial and sales focus with proven experience growing revenue.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining high standards.
- Financially astute with experience managing P&L and budgets.
