As Hotel General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the property, ensuring the highest standards across accommodation, food and beverage, weddings, events and leisure facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being visible, inspiring their team and delivering memorable guest experiences.
The Hotel General Manager will work closely with the ownership team to drive commercial performance while maintaining the character, reputation and service standards that make this hotel a destination of choice.The Role
* Lead and inspire all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Drive revenue, profitability and operational performance across the business.
* Develop, mentor and retain a high-performing management team.
* Maintain exceptional standards throughout the hotel, restaurant and public areas.
* Oversee budgets, forecasting, payroll and cost control.
* Maximise revenue opportunities across bedrooms, food and beverage, weddings and events.
* Build strong relationships within the local community and with key commercial partners.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing and company procedures.The Person
* An experienced Hotel General Manager with a proven track record within quality hotels.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to increase profitability.
* Passionate about delivering first-class guest experiences.
* A natural leader who motivates, coaches and develops teams.
* Experienced in overseeing multiple revenue streams including rooms, food and beverage and events.
* Excellent financial and operational management skills.
