We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, branded four-star hotel in East London for an experienced Reception Manager to lead a busy Front Office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Reception Manager or Reception Manager looking to join a successful hotel offering genuine career progression and a supportive management team.

The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll lead a reception team of 18, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be a visible, hands-on leader, supporting the team on the desk, driving performance, coaching colleagues and stepping up to manage the department in the Front Office Manager's absence.
You'll also oversee VIP arrivals, guest satisfaction, training, rota support, performance management, operational standards and revenue opportunities through upselling.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Assistant Reception Manager or Front Office Supervisor within a busy hotel.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience using Opera PMS.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
