General Manager - Luxury Hotel Pre-Opening | Saudi Arabia

An exceptional international opportunity to lead the pre-opening of a brand-new lifestyle hotel in one of Saudi Arabia's most exciting tourism developments.

We are exclusively representing an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take full responsibility for the pre-opening and launch of a brand-new internationally branded hotel opening within one of the Kingdom's flagship leisure and entertainment destinations.

Joining the project in September 2026, you will lead the hotel through its pre-opening journey ahead of its planned opening in Q2 2027, recruiting and developing the team, establishing operational standards, driving commercial performance and creating an exceptional guest experience from day one.

The Role

As General Manager, you will have full accountability for:

• Delivering a successful pre-opening programme.
• Building, inspiring and leading a high-performing team.
• Developing a strong service-led culture.
• Managing all operational, financial and commercial aspects of the business.
• Working closely with ownership and key stakeholders to ensure a successful opening and long-term profitability.
• Positioning the hotel as one of the region's leading leisure destinations.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an accomplished hotel General Manager who can demonstrate:

• Previous General Manager experience within internationally branded hotels.
• A proven track record of leading successful hotel operations and delivering strong commercial results.
• Experience of hotel pre-openings would be highly advantageous.
• Outstanding leadership, people development and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Previous Middle East experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
