Over the first 12 months, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to take ownership of the full hotel operation, develop your leadership team and deliver measurable improvements across guest satisfaction, people engagement and financial performance.
The successful candidate will ultimately be positioned to step into the General Manager role, making this an exceptional opportunity for an established Hotel Manager or Deputy GM looking for their next significant career move.
