We're looking for a confident, hands-on manager to take responsibility for the restaurant and bar operation within a well-established 4-star hotel, golf and spa resort in Coventry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of hotel F&B, has experience managing a sizeable department and wants to make a real impact across several outlets.

The Operation
* Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for around 100 covers
* Main hotel bar open from 9.30am to 1am
* Gin and cocktail bar
* Private dining for intimate events
* Lounge seating for approximately 60-80 guests
* Full team, including 4 supervisors

The Role
Working closely with the F&B Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day restaurant and bar operation, ensuring high standards of service, strong team performance and an excellent guest experience.
You'll be responsible for managing and developing the team, maintaining service standards across all outlets and ensuring the operation runs smoothly through busy service periods.

What We're Looking For
* Experience managing a large or multi-outlet F&B department
* Strong restaurant and bar management experience, ideally within a hotel or resort
* A confident, hands-on leader who can manage a sizeable team
* Good understanding of service standards, training and operational delivery
* Someone who enjoys a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience

* £40,000 salary
* Gratuities of approximately £2,000-£3,000 per year
