4-Star Branded Hotel | Stratford-upon-Avon
£27,400 + Benefits | 40 Hours | 5 Days Out of 7

We're looking for a confident Guest Services Team Leader to join the team at an established 4-star branded hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience within a branded hotel environment and is ready to take on more responsibility, lead a small team and play a key role in the guest experience.
What you'll be doing
You'll be a visible presence on the front of house, making sure guests receive a warm, professional and efficient service throughout their stay.
You'll:
* Lead and support a small Guest Services team
* Be hands-on with guests and provide excellent face-to-face service
* Support arrivals, departures and the overall guest journey
* Deal confidently with guest requests and resolve any issues
* Set the standard for service and lead by example
* Help ensure the department runs smoothly on every shift
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a branded hotel
* Experience supervising or leading a small team
* Strong face-to-face customer service experience
* A confident and approachable personality
* Good communication and organisational skills
* The ability to take ownership and remain calm when things get busy.
