General Manager Needed - High Volume Drinks Led Pub Company - Up To 60k + Service + Benefits

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead a premium, high-volume pub/bar in the heart of London's West End.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy operation with a strong focus on premium drinks, cocktails, exceptional service and commercial performance.

We're looking for a proven hospitality operator who is confident managing £50k+ weekly sales, large teams and busy trading periods.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven General Manager experience within a high-volume pub, bar or premium hospitality venue.
• A track record managing £50k+ weekly sales.
• Strong experience leading and developing large teams.
• Excellent commercial understanding, including P&L, GP and labour control.
• Experience within premium drinks, cocktails and high-volume service.
• A hands-on, visible leader who leads from the front.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident managing busy services, events and peak trading periods.
• Previous West End or central London experience highly desirable.

• Experience in a similar bar/pub is essential
• Strong experience leading and developing teams.
• A proven commercial track record with excellent P&L and labour management skills.
• A genuine passion for the pub industry.

• The energy and confidence to lead a busy West End operation.
• A hands-on management style and strong presence on the floor.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Previous West End or central London experience would be highly desirable.
