Head Chef - New Hotel Opening - Kent
Salary up to £55,000 + bonus structureI am looking to recruit a Head Chef and Strong Sous chef with a quality hotel or fine dining restaurant background. The role will be working to set up and run the kitchen in this new Hotel opening along with catering for Private Jet clientele as well.
The Role of Head Chef is fast-paced, hands-on and involves and managing the Kitchen Operation in its entirety. Working with a leading company in private catering, you will be tasked with setting up the team at this new hotel due to open this year.
The key focus for this role will be a mix of fine dining for the private clients along with the catering for the hotel that is opening.
Ideal Background:
- Quality Hotel Kitchen or fine dining restaurant experience
- Ability to follow specs and brand standards
- A stable work history
- Strong people development and people management skills
- As Head Chef, must have a real passion for food and delivering a memorable experience every time.
Benefits:
