Food and Beverage Manager - 4* Country House Hotel - £30-32K + Bonus.
This stunning 150+ bedroom 4* country house hotel is now looking to continue the growth of its team.
As a result of an excellent year with exciting plans ahead for its F&B offering we are now seeking a passionate, personable and engaging food and beverage manager to assist the GM in the following areas:
Take ownership of the full Food and beverage department, its budget, staff and service ethic spanning across a fine dining offering, terrace dining, busy weddings and events and corporate offering
Drive and develop strong key indicators with your team ensuring that every guest receives an amazing experience, the property has a strong HOD team and requires a proven Food and Beverage manager with a background within Luxury 4 star properties
Build on the properties excellent reputation using your commercial and financial acumen to further drive sales
This is a hands on role and requires the Food and beverage manager to be as passionate about service as you are about your staff
