The Opportunity:
An experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager is required for a stunning hotel in SW London, with luxury, class and style situated in this stunning location. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a large team.
The successful candidate would oversee, control and operationally deliver a variety of events including weddings, conferences and private events across the calendar year; ensuring that the very highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.The Employer:

The Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in Conference & Banqueting operations with the ability to run weddings, private social events and meetings.
* Must have strong leadership skills & the ability to develop a small team
* The ability to communicate well with others and can carry out instructions
* Confidence to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
* Experience of working in a VERY fast paced and driven hotel, is preferable but full training is provided.
* a positive can-do attitude and be passionate about the hospitality industry
* a working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & stock control
