Location: Lincoln, East Midlands, UK
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year plus 10% bonus based on EBITDA

A prominent hotel group in the Lincoln area is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager. This significant hotel venue features:- Over 150 luxurious rooms
- On-site restaurant and bar
- Conference facilities for over 400 delegates
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead a bustling hotel operation. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing branded 4-star hotels and will be adept at maintaining brand standards while handling key priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing daily hotel operations
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Supporting and guiding the hotel team
- Ensuring the smooth operation of F&B and conference services
- Implementing revenue management strategies
- Maintaining a visible presence throughout the hotel
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record in managing busy hotel operations, ideally in a branded 4-star environment.
- Skills: Strong revenue management and food & beverage (F&B) experience, especially in hotels with high-volume conference and banqueting (C&B) services.
- Leadership: Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop front-of-house (FOH) teams.
- Customer-Focused: A hands-on approach, willing to assist in various capacities to ensure smooth operations.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager ready to take on a dynamic and high-volume hotel operation.
