Job Title: Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £65.000 per year plus 10% bonus based on EBITDA

A leading hotel group in Lincolnshire, seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage (F&B) to oversee our prominent hotel. This bustling venue features over 150 luxurious rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, and conference facilities that can accommodate more than 400 delegates.

* Responsible for managing food, beverage & events operations within the Hotel and Conference venue. The successful candidate will have the opportunity and freedom to shape the role and make an impact to move to a General Manager role in the future.
* Reporting into the GM, this senior operational role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of the multiple food and beverage outlets within this modern property to include Conference and Events, Restaurant & Cocktail Bar including afternoon tea and in room dining.
* Managing a FULL and complete team of passionate and experienced managers, assistant managers and supporting staff, you will play a key role in their continued development, working closely with the senior teams to develop a clear strategy for the F&B, keeping in mind the guest experience, staff well-being and development whilst managing your costs
* This is an exceptional opportunity for an already experienced Deputy General Manager or Senior Operations Manager from strong F&B management background to be a part of this incredible operation that is working hard to maintain their position as a market leader in the area.
