Job Title: Hotel Manager

Salary: Around £60,000 per year plus 10% bonus based on EBITDA
Company Overview:
JWR is partnering with a leading hotel group in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Hotel Manager for a flagship property. This high-performing venue boasts over 150 bedrooms, a popular on-site restaurant and bar and extensive conference facilities.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a commercially driven Hotel Manager with a strong background in both rooms revenue and food & beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the hotel, with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
* Rooms Revenue: Lead revenue management initiatives, optimise rate strategies, and drive occupancy and average daily rate.
* Food & Beverage: Manage and enhance the performance of the restaurant, bar, and conference & banqueting services.
* Team Management: Support and develop departmental leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
* Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service throughout the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest journey.
* Brand Standards: Uphold and implement brand guidelines across all areas of the business.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience: Proven background in managing full-service, branded 4-star hotel operations with significant exposure to both revenue management and F&B.
* Skills: Commercially astute, data-driven, and hands-on, with a deep understanding of revenue optimisation and high-volume F&B delivery.
* Leadership: Strong people leader, capable of inspiring teams and building a collaborative working environment.
* Operational Insight: Confident in balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational demands.
