We're working with a well-established hotel business to recruit an experienced Hotel Sales Office Manager to lead their central sales function and maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed business.
This is a key commercial role, ideal for someone who thrives on turning opportunity into revenue and enjoys leading a high-performing sales office team.The Package

As Sales Office Manager, you will take full responsibility for the handling, qualification, and conversion of all incoming enquiries across leisure, corporate, group, and events business. You'll manage the end-to-end enquiry journey, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a consistently high standard of service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and motivating the hotel sales office team to achieve and exceed conversion targets
* Overseeing all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Driving enquiry-to-confirmation conversion through effective follow-up and negotiation
* Monitoring response times, conversion ratios, and revenue performance
* Implementing sales office processes, standards, and training
* Working closely with revenue, operations, and on-property sales teams
* Producing regular sales performance reports and forecastsThe Ideal Candidate
The successful Sales Office Manager will be a commercially minded sales professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in hotel sales.You will have:
* Previous experience in a hotel sales office or hotel sales management role
* A strong track record of converting enquiries into confirmed business
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience managing and developing a sales or reservations team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using hotel sales systems, PMS, and CRM tools
