Group HR Manager Hybrid Role - Ideally based in the South East England area and happy to travel to sites as required
The Group:
An emerging collection of luxury 4 star properties looking to expand the portfolio further over the coming years, presently operating within the boutique hotel sector across two locations
The Role:
The Group is now looking to appoint a Group HR manager from a strong generalist background able to take complete ownership of the "people aspect" to include, but not limited to:Strategy and planning
Recruitment, retention, on boarding and succession planning.
Contracts, appraisals, payroll
Inductions, training and development
implement and take ownership of policy and procedures
staff engagement, Rewards and Benefits schemes
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and engaging individual to play a key part of the people aspect and impact on an exceptional operations and would ideally suite either a highly experienced single sit HR Manager that manages a workforce in excess of 220 staff and is still utterly hands on or a Cluster HR Manager looking for that next stepSkills:
Qualified to CIPD level 5 Level 7 would be desirable or equivalent qualifications/work history
No less than 4 years at a senior HR capacity within the Luxury Hotel sector in the UK
Strong attention to detail
A strong Generalist HR Background
Experience of a "start up" or an environment where you have been instrumental in formulating the HR process
Car driver able to travel to sites in Sussex and Oxfordshire on occasion
