Sales Office Manager - Hertfordshire - Country House Hotel - £30-32K + Bonus

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager in Hertfordshire to oversee the sales office and all inbound M&E inquiries, manage team of 4 across events sales and reservations for this luxury 150bed, 4* 270cv capacity property with 30 wedding planned for 2022.

Candidates will have a strong sales office management experience and an excellent background in reactive events and wedding sales and planning within the hotel or events sector coupled with excellent people management.

This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate and driven Senior Conference Coordinator or Sales Office Manager looking for real career opportunities within this large well respected national hotel collection.

In return this company will offer a salary up to £30K and 10% bonus.
