Executive Head Chef - Berkshire - to £60K

My client is a leading 4* branded hotel and events venue close to Heathrow and West London with quality 100cv restaurant and large scale banqueting looking for an Executive Head Chef.

The hotel has a quality restaurant servicing around 60-100cv per day at 1AA rosette standard and some of the busiest and best banqueting in the area with a plan for new menu concepts and looking forward to a very busy Summer period and forecasting around 85 weddings with banqueting space up 280cv maximum capacity.

The Role: Executive Head Chef

Role Criteria

• The ideal Executive Head Chef will have previous 1-2AA rosette background, good banqueting experience along side a Banqueting Sous Chef and 3/4 or 5 star hotel experience.
• The Exec Head Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Executive Head Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Exec Head Chef will be reporting directly into the General Manager.
• The successful Exec Head Chef will have at least 2 years experience at Senior Sous or Head Chef at 1AA rosette level or higher within a similar operation.
