SOUS CHEF - UP TO £40,000 - FINE DINING, Chelsea

I am currently recruiting a Sous Chef for a stunning fine dining venue in Chelsea.

You will be assisting a fantastic Executive Chef and Head Chef in creating contemporary British cuisine using first class ingredients and ensuring the highest standards are followed.

STARTING SALARY £32,000 + paid overtime by the hour to be reviewed after the probation

IDEAL BACKGROUND You must be already in a Sous Chef position since at least one year, have a stable work history and be fine dining trained. On a personal note, you must enjoy working with others, there is a great environment in the kitchen where people have fun while creating amazing cooking, so is a great team to be part of.
