Location Base - Welwyn Garden City area
Role: Food and beverage manager
Requirements:
Reporting into the GM and operations, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the multiple outlets within this historic property to include:
a fine dining restaurant, 3 bars, casual dining restaurant, cookery school, lounge and events and in room dining.
Managing a team of passionate and experienced HOD's, assistant managers and supporting staff, you will play a key role in there continued development, working closely with the senior teams to develop a clear strategy for the F&B, keeping in mind the guest experience, staff well-being and development whilst managing your costs
This is an exceptional opportunity for an already experienced Food and Beverage Manager from a multi outlet operation now looking to be a part of this incredible operation that is working hard to re position themselves as a market leader in the area
