Operations Manager - lifestyle hotel - Bicester area
This boutique property is looking for a Operations Manager with a strong background working as either a Food and Beverage Manager or Operations manager with the luxury country house market
The operation has an amazing leisure following and is renowned for luxury breaks away
As Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of the 4 star market at either Food and Beverage Manager or Operations Manager in the UK for at least 2 years
A strong all round understanding of the Hotel sector
Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate your HOD's in a hands on manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
comfortable working evenings and weekends
Hands on by nature with a strong guest engagement mentality
The Package
